1. Orders
How do I place an order?
You can easily shop by adding a product to your shopping cart and paying via our secure payment page. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled as long as they have not been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@five-twentyeight.nl , then we will see what we can do for you.
2. Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with iDeal, Klarna (pay later), PayPal and credit card . All payments are processed in a secure environment.
Can I pay afterwards?
Yes, with Klarna you can easily pay afterwards within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Shipping
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €7.10 per order . For orders over €75,- you pay no shipping costs .
How long does delivery take?
Within the Netherlands we deliver within 1-3 business days . Orders are shipped via PostNL.
Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?
We currently only deliver within the Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg) .
4. Returns and exchanges
How do I return my order?
Register your return by sending an email to info@five-twentyeight.nl with your order number. Make sure the items are returned undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging . Send your package to our return address:

Are there any costs associated with returns?
Yes, the return costs are at your own expense .
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer exchange service . You can reorder the desired product after returning the original item.
Which products cannot I return?
- Items from the sale
- Gift cards (not returnable or exchangeable for cash)
When will I get my money back?
After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
5. Product information
How do I find my size?
On each product page you will find a size chart . Use a measuring tape to take your measurements and compare them to the chart to find your perfect fit.
Are the colors of the products the same as in the photo?
We do our best to display the colors as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings .
How do I care for my clothes?
Follow the care instructions on the label of each garment. In general, we recommend washing your clothes inside out on a low temperature and do not tumble dry .
