Shipping & Delivery – Five Twenty Eight
At Five Twenty Eight we make sure your order is shipped quickly and carefully. Below you will find all information about our shipping methods, costs and delivery times.
Delivery times
We deliver orders exclusively within the Benelux. The estimated delivery times are:
- Netherlands: 1-3 working days
- Belgium & Luxembourg: 3-5 working days
Orders are shipped via PostNL. If there is a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Postage costs
- €7.10 per order
- Free shipping from €75,-
Please note: If you return part of your order and the total amount is therefore less than €75, the shipping costs of €7.10 will still be charged. This amount will be deducted from the return amount.
Delays or Problems
Although we work with reliable delivery services, delays can occasionally occur. Did you not receive your order within the expected delivery time? Please contact our customer service via info@five-twentyeight.nl .
International Shipping
At the moment we only ship within the Benelux. We hope to expand this in the future.
